Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at DigitalBookWorld@fwmedia.com no later than December 17, 2012. Your registration fee will be refunded less a $250 processing fee per person. No refunds will be made after this date for any reason. Substitutions may be made by email until December 31st, 2012. After this date, all registration changes and substitutions must be made on-site.
